To receive site updates and participate in special promotions by our paid advertisers in the web directory. You will receive our monthly news letter of all latest happenings in the real estate sector including prime properties or apartments for sale.

To place advertisement on web directory you need to pay a fixed amount. Other than that it's free of charge.

The advertisements placed in web directory (paid advertisements) expiring in one year where other advertisements expiring in one month.

As Edwellings promotes Sri Lankan real estate business, people who have properties, houses, Apartments, etc in Sri Lanka can advertise in Edwellings site. But any other person can insert paid advertisement(s) promoting their products and services as well.

In that page you will find a link 'Add new'. Click on it. It will take you to a page where you can select the property type you want to add. Finally you will come to a page; here you have to fill the provided form to add your property for advertisement.

To update an advertisement, you have to login first. Click on 'maintain sell ads' link. In that page you will find all the advertisements you placed. Click on 'edit icon'. It will take you to a page where all the details of the selected advertisement are displayed. You can update the details as required and click on 'Update' button.

Yes, you can delete the advertisement(s) that you added only.

Yes, you can. To view details of your advertisement(s), you have to follow the following steps. Log in to the site. Click on 'maintain sell ads' link. Click on the 'short description' of the advertisement you want to view.

It is because your advertisement expiry date is over due. If you want your advertisement to appear on our site anymore, you have to pay fro that. You can contact our staffs to do the payment.

It is simply not possible for us to do this, and we make no representations about any advertiser listed on any of our sites.

No. We will not under any circumstances divulge advertiser email addresses to third parties. If the advertisement does not have an email link, then the only option is to call the telephone number on the advertisement.
